  1. To make a new movie self-contained when saving for the first time:
  2.  
  3. 1. Choose Save from the File menu.
  4.  
  5.     The Save dialogue box appears 
  6.     with the Save Normally option 
  7.     selected.
  8.  
  9. 2. Click Make Movie Self-Contained.
  10.  
  11. 3. Type a name for the movie.
  12.  
  13. 4. Click Save.
